Every cake we sell is made by hand, and because every chef bakes and designs cakes differently, there may be a small variance in the final product's shape and design 

The product's availability and the destination you want it delivered to will determine the estimated delivery time

. We only try to deliver your purchase once because cakes spoil quickly.

No other address can be used to reroute the delivery.

This product will not be sent with courier items;it is delivered by hand

. Sometimes, due to short-term and local unavailability problems, flavors or designs must be substituted.

For Flowers 

When your flowers arrive, just trim the stems and submerge them in water .

At a 45-degree angle, cut the stems 1-2 inches from the bottom .

Take out any leaves that are below the waterline .

Every day, check the water level, and add more if needed.

Avoid putting flowers in the sun or close to any other source of intense heat .

For Cake

Cream cakes should be refrigerated.

Make sure the cake is not exposed to heat before slicing and serving it at room temperature

 The cake should be eaten within a day
