Every cake we sell is made by hand, and because every chef bakes and designs cakes differently, there may be a small variance in the final product's shape and design 

The product's availability and the destination you want it delivered to will determine the estimated delivery time .

We only try to deliver your purchase once because cakes spoil quickly.

No other address can be used to reroute the delivery

This product will not be sent with courier items;it is delivered by hand .

Sometimes, due to short-term and local unavailability problems, flavors or designs must be substituted

Cake stand is not included with Cake

For Flowers

Flowers may be delivered in bud, semi-bud, or fully bloomed stage

Estimated delivery time depends on product availability and delivery location .

Due to perishability, delivery can be attempted only once

Delivery address cannot be changed after order placement  

This product is hand-delivered and not sent via courier

Substitution may occur due to local or seasonal unavailability

Please take a close look at the ingredients and expiration date on the chocolate box's brand packaging and eat it before that date.

For Cake

Cream cakes should be refrigerated.

Make sure the cake is not exposed to heat before slicing and serving it at room temperature

The cake should be eaten within a day

For Flowers

Flowers are delicate by nature and wither quickly when exposed to high temperatures or direct sunshine. So please avoid placing them in such locations.

Avoid placing flowers near exhausts, fans, or other heat-producing sources.

A few petals may wither; if this occurs, please pull them as carefully as possible from the flowers; this will assist to keep the freshness of the remaining petals.

Do not forget to change the water as needed; water is the only source of life for flowers removed from plants.

Flowers retain their vibrancy with a daily spray of water.

Please lightly sprinkle water on them every day.

Appreciate your flowers

For Chocolate 

Keep your chocolates refrigerated.

They may start to soften if exposed to high temperatures, which would affect their flavor and appearance  

Please eat your chocolates before the expiration date listed on the package
