The delivery date is an estimate because this goods is supplied via our courier partners

It is possible for your gift to arrive before or after the selected delivery date

Products sent by courier are delivered apart from those delivered by hand. 

On Sundays and national holidays, deliveries are not made  

We advise you to give an address where someone will be present to accept the item because our courier partners do not contact before delivering an order.

It is not possible to reroute the delivery to another address.

From our warehouse, every courier order is meticulously packaged and dispatched.

Please take a close look at the ingredients and expiration date on the chocolate box's brand packaging and eat it before that date

When a particular brand or   flavour are unavailable, we will substitute them with another high-end brand of flavour

They may start to soften if exposed to high temperatures, which would affect their flavor and appearance .

Please eat your chocolates before the expiration date listed on the package.

To keep your Rakhi dust-free, store it in a closed box until it's time to tie it
