Every cake we sell is made by hand, and because every chef bakes and designs cakes differently, there may be a small variance in the final product's shape and design 

The product's availability and the destination you want it delivered to will determine the estimated delivery time .

We only try to deliver your purchase once because cakes spoil quickly.

No other address can be used to reroute the delivery

This product will not be sent with courier items;it is delivered by hand .

Sometimes, due to short-term and local unavailability problems, flavors or designs must be substituted

Cake stand is not included with Cake  

For Flowers

Flowers may be delivered in bud, semi-bud, or fully bloomed stage

Estimated delivery time depends on product availability and delivery location .

Due to perishability, delivery can be attempted only once

Delivery address cannot be changed after order placement  

This product is hand-delivered and not sent via courier

Flower substitution may occur due to local or seasonal unavailability

For Flowers  

When your flowers arrive, just trim the stems and submerge them in water  

At a 45-degree angle, cut the stems 1-2 inches from the bottom .

Take out any leaves that are below the waterline Every day, check the water level, and add more if needed.

Avoid putting flowers in the sun or close to any other source of intense heat

Every bloom benefits from a regular water spray

For Cake

Cream cakes should be refrigerated.

Make sure the cake is not exposed to heat before slicing and serving it at room temperature  

The cake should be eaten within a day
