The date of delivery is an estimate because our courier partners are shipping this item

. Delivery of your gift can occur either before or after the selected delivery date

 Products sent by courier are delivered apart from those delivered by hand.

On Sundays and national holidays, there are no deliveries .

We advise you to supply an address where someone will be present to accept the item because our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order 

No other address can be used to reroute the delivery.

From our warehouse, every courier order is meticulously packaged and sent .

You will receive a tracking number to help you locate your gift shortly after the order is shipped.

For Chocolate  Please take a close look at the ingredients and expiration date on the chocolate box's brand packaging and eat it before that date.

We shall not be able to fulfill any requests for refunds or exchanges of products

. A product having a manufacturing flaw will be replaced.

If you receive a defective goods, please notify us as soon as possible.

Wipe the teddy bear clean with a soft, dry cloth.

Avoid contact with water, dampness, and direct sunlight

 To retain softness and colour, store in a cool, dry location .

Only suitable for indoor exhibition.
