Every cake we sell is made by hand, and because every chef bakes and designs cakes differently, there may be a small variance in the final product's shape and design.

The product's availability and the destination you want it delivered to will determine the estimated delivery time .

We only try to deliver your purchase once because cakes spoil quickly.

No other address can be used to reroute the delivery.

This product will not be sent with courier items;it is delivered by hand.

Sometimes, due to short-term and local unavailability problems, flavors or designs must be substituted.

For Flowers 

The picture is meant to serve as an example. The actual product's shape and design may change depending on what is available

Flowers are perishable, thus we can only try to deliver your order once.

There is no other address to which the delivery can be routed

This item is delivered by hand; it won't be sent with other items by courier  

Flowers may occasionally need to be substituted because of short-term or local shortages

For Cake 

Cream cakes   should be refrigerated.

Make sure the cake   is not exposed to heat before slicing and serving it at room temperature .

The cake should be eaten within a day .

For Flower

When your flowers arrive, just trim the stems and submerge them in water

. At a 45-degree angle, cut the stems 1-2 inches from the bottom

 Take out any leaves that are below the waterline

 Every day, check the water level, and add more if needed.

Avoid putting flowers in the sun or close to any other source of intense heat

 Every bloom benefits from a regular water spray
