Term and condition for Indian Product

1. Substitution policy applied - If ordered flower/cake/soft toys/sweets/chocolate or any other branded perishable/non-perishable item are not available in the respective city or town. We shall deliver alternate flower/ cake/chocolate/soft toys/sweets or any branded perishable/non-perishable item of desired quantity and equal or greater than order value
2. The perishable/non-perishable commodities displayed on the site and the actual product delivered will be to a certain extent and may not be exact replicas as these items are handmade and can vary. However, in all such cases, the quantity specified in the order will be provided as desired
3. Time of delivery - For major cities- We have 2-time slots at 10 - 2 pm and 2 - 7 pm. For Remote cities - 10 am - 8 pm ( no fixed time guaranteed)
4. For Remote city. Kindly select product from Remote city gifts, otherwise its up to our discretion whether to accept orders.
5. No Cancellation of order for remote cities and for main cities cancellation is done before 24 hours prior to delivery 6 for same-day order for major cities we accept order till 3 pm. For Remote cities / small town we accept order one or two days in advance
