Term and Condition for  Indian Cities


    • 1 Substitution policy applied- If ordered flower/cake/soft toys/sweets/chocolate or any other branded perishable/ non-perishable item are not available in the respective city or town. We shall deliver alternate flower/ cake/chocolate/soft toys/sweets or any branded perishable/non-perishable item of desired quantity and equal or greater than order value. But color combination will remain the same
2 The perishable/non-perishable commodities displayed on the site and the actual product delivered will be to a certain extent and may not be exact replicas as these items are handmade and can vary. However, in all such cases, the quantity specified in the order will be provided as desired
3 Time of delivery - For major cities- We have 2-time slot 10 - 2 pm and 2 - 7 pm. For Remote cities - 10 am - 8 pm ( no fixed time guaranteed)
4 For the Remote city. Kindly select a product from Remote city gifts, otherwise, it's up to our discretion whether to accept an order.
 5 No Cancellation of the order for remote cities and for main cities cancellation is done 24 hours prior to the delivery date
 6 For same-day orders for major cities, we accept orders till 3 pm. For Remote cities / small towns, we accept orders one or two days in advance.
 7 We only sell items to adults (i.e. those aged 18 or above ), if you are under 18, you can use this website only with the involvement of parents or guardians
8 If we cannot deliver your order, then a complete refund will be made
 9 If The shipping address is incorrect, and a recipient is also unreachable on the phone or the recipient not accepting the delivery ordered by you (when delivery attempt is made). Then in such case; the order will be assumed as executed no refund will be made
 10  Delivery of Hospital Policy
The florists in our Jasmine Florist network are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient, and the room number or ward of the recipient. Myflowersshops will send your gift bouquet under facility procedures as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that it does not permit many ICU patients to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
11  Delivery to Hotels Policy
The florists in our Myflowersshops network are experienced at making deliveries to hotels, however, please be aware of making the following information available

  • . Name of Tour Company, if applicable.
  • . If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, we will assume the order as executed & we will make no refund in such cases.
