Terms and conditions

 1The perishable commodities displayed on the site and the actual product delivered will be similar and may not be exact replicas, as these items are handmade and can vary. However, in all such cases, the quantity specified in the order will provide as mentioned 
 2 For perishable or nonperishable commodities, the respective brand owner will be responsible for the quality of the product. In such cases, you can lodge complaints on them through us.
 3 If ordered flower/cake/soft toys/sweets/chocolate or any other branded non-perishable item is not available in the respective city or town. We shall deliver alternate flower/ cake/chocolate/soft toys/sweets or any branded non-perishable item of the desired quantity and an equal or greater than order value.
 4 For same-day order, we accept till 2 pm for other cities and till 4 pm for Dehradun cities 
 5 For Midnight delivery, we accept orders until 2 pm. This facility is available for selected cities only.
  6 For the Remote area or small towns, we need to order 2 days in advance before the date of delivery.

 7 We only sell items to adults (i.e. those aged 18 or above), if you are under 18, you can use this website only with the involvement of parents or guardians    
DELIVERY ON THE REALIZATION OF PAYMENT
 8 We don't entertain cash on delivery payment mode 
 10 If you live in a remote place and desire delivery at your place. You may have to pay some additional delivery charges depending upon your location.
 11 Our company is a thorough professional and believes in the complete satisfaction and pleasure of a valued customer. We leave no stone unturned to ensure that your gift reaches you on time. But, though, we cannot guarantee the delivery at a specified time because of the logistics involved and any other unavoidable circumstances. You can still request a specific time of delivery.
 12 Orders placed for cake will not be possible early in the morning at all. Since the cakes have to buy fresh from the bakery and delivered...
REFUND POLICY
 13 If we cannot deliver your order, then a complete refund will make a complete refund.
 14 Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be makeup to 2  days before the delivery date.  15 For cancellation of the order; that has been placed using a debit card or ATM card /credit card or net banking 10% of the order value shall be deducted towards bank charges
 15 If the shipping address is incorrect, and the recipient is also unreachable on the phone or the recipient not accepting the delivery ordered by you (when delivery attempt made). Then in such a case; The order will be considered as completed in such case no refund will be made 

Refund request and claim
 16 If your order was unsatisfactory, you may request by submitting a claim within two business days after the delivery date. Kindly send a digital picture of the delivered product if you need a refund. 

 17 We shall make cancellation of the order with mail subject "cancellation request" and send it to .info@myflowersshops.com or ranjavohra@gmail.com 
 18 We can do cancellation of order 3  days before the date of delivery. No cancellation of the order of international delivery is possible. Or 2 days prior to delivery 
 19 Please note: No rescheduling of date of delivery is possible 48 hours before the date of delivery

 20 The management of our company will be the chief authority regarding the refund. Its decision will be final and binding on all such orders.
 21 If you are not pleased with the quality of our product, we will either replace the product with another product of equal value or provide you a full refund. The only condition being that the complaint about the substandard quality should be authentic and not fabricated. Our personnel will ensure the authenticity of your statement.
